My story
In February 2024 I reached my highest weight, and that was exactly when I realized it was time to change myself and my life. I decided to start losing weight. But I chose not to go on diets, starve myself and end up breaking down and gaining everything back. I decided to make this journey my way of life, forever, by changing my eating habits.

How I lost weight
By October 2024 I had lost 11 kg through healthy eating and a calorie deficit, but at some point my weight stalled, and that was when I decided to try the drug Semavic. It helped me get the scale moving again, reduce my portion sizes and almost completely free my mind of thoughts about food. The weight came off slowly but surely. Life lit up with new colors — I became free from constant thinking about food, and that is incredible happiness.

My result
Now I have already reached minus 30 kg, and I keep losing weight, feeling younger and enjoying life. For the first time in my life my journey brings me joy and pleasure not even from the goal itself but from the process!!! And I will keep going!!

Saina Aleksandrovna Olesova, endocrinologist-dietitian at the Mayak Clinic
Dear Ekaterina, I want to note your exemplary approach: you bet not on a short-term diet but on a gradual change of eating habits and lifestyle, which is the only correct and sustainable strategy. Losing 11 kg over 8 months through nutrition adjustments and a calorie deficit is a healthy, physiological pace that shows you are working properly on the foundation of your health. A plateau is an absolutely normal stage that most people face during long-term weight loss, and it is a sign that your body has adapted.

Your feeling of "freedom from food" is an excellent sign of reduced food dependency. But in terms of long-term health, the right strategy is to move from that freedom to building mindful and balanced relationships with food, where food remains a source of energy and pleasure. Semavic is exactly the effective tool that helped you overcome the plateau and form and consolidate healthy eating habits. However, it is a prescription drug and must be taken under the supervision of an endocrinologist.
